Stephanie Dryer is a plant-based meal planning expert and founder of Batch Cooking Club; the weekly vegan meal prep membership that helps vegan and vegetarian parents make cooking easier by providing recipes and pre-prepared plans that take the thinking out of what to cook!
In this episode, Stephanie talks about how she created her business after struggling with feeding herself (vegan), her oldest (vegetarian), her youngest (omnivore) and second child who eats differently depending on the day. In her journey, she discovered how to make the whole family happy while maintaining a low level of stress by making simple swaps in each meal, rather than completely cooking different for each person!
Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or have no dietary exclusions, Batch Cooking Club makes it easy and affordable for the whole family to eat!

More about Stephanie (from her website):
Stephanie Dreyer here—plant-based meal planning expert and mom of three. I help busy mamas and papas bring more ease to their meal prep and mealtimes. I get excited about food—specifically whole, plant-based foods! Feeding friends and family is my favorite thing to do, but I love cooking with my kids best.
I am on a mission to help families eat healthier. I want to inspire the world to get in their kitchens more and in the fast food lane less. If I could wave my magic wand, I would make sure every child in the world has access to an abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables daily—and enjoyed eating them! (And I would save all the animals. P.S. I am vegan!)
I created this website as a home base for easy and actionable meal planning tips and resources. My goal is to help you cook healthier and more often—all with pleasure and ease (because feeding your family should be joyful, not stressful—am I right?!!)
When I went vegan overnight in 2010, I did it on my own without the support of family and friends. Since then, I’ve been on a journey with my mixed bunch of vegan, vegetarian and omnivores to simplify my meal planning process in order to bring more joy to my kitchen and dining room table. We struggled to finally find our groove but this is what I know for sure: life is better with a meal plan!
As a busy, working mom, I understand the daily challenge to plan and prepare delicious, homemade, healthy meals for my family.
I also know how stressful it is to manage each of your kids’ diverse food preferences and dietary restrictions. Did I mention my oldest is vegetarian, my youngest is an omnivore, and my second child vacillates between the two depending on the day? I get the struggle! I share my experiences (and recipes!) here, on my social media feeds and YouTube channel to help you with your challenges. My goal is to get you in the kitchen and at the table with good food more often. I am committed to delivering meal planning and recipe solutions that take the chore out of cooking. I don’t think I will ever have it all figured out, but I hope the successes and failures I share can be of service to you and your families.
